Fists clenched, brows furrowed, intense and effervescent, Zélie sings and dances her strength and raw sensitivity to energising, unfiltered songs with electronic sounds. Outspoken and personal, her writing is the sort that commands attention through its astonishing universality, despite its unflinching honesty and intimacy. After a sold-out show at La Cigale, she’s taking on the Olympia with her trademark determination: she promises an experience, an explosive, American-inspired show fusing contemporary dance and hip-hop with her sharp, tangy pop, which will also make you feel close to her and her colourful world.
