Compare the attendance methods
Choose the method in Ticketing during event creation.

| Nooba Ticketing | Configure admission tickets and checkout in Nooba, including paid or free tickets. |
| Free event | Publish without a Nooba ticket checkout or ticket link. |
| External ticketing | Send people to another provider's checkout link. |
| Paid at the door | Advertise a minimum door price; collect payment at the venue. |
| Donations | Describe donation-based entry. This option is not a Nooba donation-payment checkout. |
Free event or free tickets?
A Free event has no ticket checkout. A free admission ticket through Nooba Ticketing still creates a confirmed checkout order and ticket. Choose Nooba Ticketing if you want to manage entry through tickets, even when the admission price is zero.
External ticketing
Provide an External checkout link and the Minimum advertised price requested by the form. Your provider manages the purchase and order results.
Nooba can record Buy tickets selections toward the external link. Those selections are not proof that the provider sold a ticket. Check the provider's own reports for completed purchases.
Paid at the door
Set the Minimum door price. This is price guidance for attendees, not a payment processed through Nooba checkout.
