Before you start
Prepare your event image, title, description, venue, schedule, and attendance method. For Nooba Ticketing, complete the payment setup requested by the workspace before publishing.
Add the event details
- Select Create event.
- Add a cover picture, Event name, and Event description. Use Adjust crop to check the image framing.
- Set the start and end dates and times. Check any recurrence settings carefully.
- Search for and select the Event address so it has a mapped location.
- Choose a category and add event tags. The publishing checks require at least one tag.
- Select Continue to ticketing, then choose how people attend.
Review Nooba Ticketing
Review all six sections when using Nooba Ticketing. Optional sections can remain unused, but still need to be reviewed.
| Section | What to check |
|---|---|
| Tickets | At least one saved admission ticket, with the intended price and inventory. |
| Products | Optional extras; these do not provide admission. |
| Guest list | Which existing ticket types can be issued as complimentary items. |
| Promo codes | Valid codes and the tickets or products they apply to. |
| Questions | The buyer details you need once per order. |
| Fees & checkout | Who pays fees, the price example, order limits, and sold-out behavior. |
Save or add an item before leaving its editor. Text entered into an unfinished ticket or promo-code editor is not the same as an item saved to the event draft.
Review and publish
- Select Review and publish.
- Check the summary and remaining issues. Select an issue to return to the relevant section.
- Correct missing information and review any remaining sections.
- Publish when the checks pass. Wait for the success state; do not submit repeatedly while publishing is in progress.
- Check the public event and ticket page. The Nooba Ticketing success prompt offers to copy the ticket link; you can find it again through Share.
Keep your draft safe
The creation screen shows whether your draft has been saved in the current browser tab. Keep the tab open until you finish. This is not a shared cloud draft or a cross-device backup.
If the screen reports that the draft could not be saved, preserve important text before leaving. Do not clear browser storage as a first troubleshooting step.
