Choose who pays the fees
During creation, open Fees & checkout. The default is Buyer pays both fees. Review the policy rather than relying on the default.
| Policy | Buyer covers | Organizer covers |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer pays both fees | Nooba fee and payment processing | Neither fee is intended to reduce the base ticket price in the preview. |
| Buyer pays Nooba fee | Nooba fee | Payment processing. |
| Buyer pays processing | Payment processing | Nooba fee. |
| You pay both fees | Ticket price only | Both fees from the proceeds. |
Read the price example
The example compares what the buyer pays with organizer proceeds for the cheapest configured paid admission. Products are excluded from that example.
Payment method, quantities, discounts, extras, and rounding can affect the final checkout. Check the actual order when reconciling sales.
Order limits and sold-out behavior
Check Maximum items per order and the sold-out setting. The order limit covers tickets and products together, not only admissions. Follow the permitted values shown by the form.
Test the buyer page after setup to confirm the behavior you intend. Do not infer buyer availability only from the not-yet-issued inventory figure.
Review an existing event
Use Tickets & checkout → Fees & checkout settings to inspect available settings and the saved fee configuration. The creation selector and the live settings screen are not necessarily the same editing controls. Do not assume a live policy change is available or rewrites historical orders.
If a preview and saved order differ, compare the policy, payment method, quantities, products, and discounts for the same checkout before contacting support. Do not repeat a real payment to investigate.
