Read the sales summary
Open Sales and check the reporting period. Monetary figures are shown in euros.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Net sales | Organizer revenue from confirmed paid ticket and product orders after their saved fee policy, before refund reconciliation. |
| Paid admissions | Paid admission ticket units, not product units or order count. |
| Confirmed orders | Confirmed paid, free, and guest transactions in the period. |
| Products | Product units in confirmed orders, not admission tickets. |
| Average net paid order | Net sales divided by paid-order count; not an average ticket price. |
Keep period sales separate from inventory
Sales charts use the selected period. Inventory summaries can cover the event's entire history. Read the Selected period or All time label before comparing figures.
Issued admissions include paid, free, and inventory guest admission units. Products and additional custom guest passes do not contribute to admission capacity. Not-yet-issued inventory is not guaranteed immediately available stock because reservations and availability rules also matter.
Recent order lists can cover all dates even when a sales chart uses a shorter period. The metric information icons explain each figure's scope.
Analytics export: JSON
Use Export data in analytics to download a JSON report containing the event, period, summaries, supporting report data, and availability/freshness context.
Selected-period sales and all-time inventory remain different figures. Unavailable sections can be absent or null; do not reinterpret unavailable data as zero.
Order export: CSV
Open Orders & guests → Orders, set the intended filters, and use Export CSV for the order list. This is a different export from analytics JSON.
Confirm the event and filters before exporting. Handle buyer information privately and share only what is needed. Do not put an unrestricted buyer export in a public support issue.
