Open Sales analytics
Select the event, open Sales analytics, and check the reporting period. The source table includes Source, Origin / campaign, Detail, Orders, Admissions, and Net sales.
Use All, Nooba app, Meta Ads, Tracking links, Other campaigns, or Unattributed to inspect a group. Orders with a known source describes attribution coverage, not the percentage of your audience reached.
Source and origin
- Source identifies the recorded channel or source group.
- Origin / campaign adds useful context, such as Search, Map, a tracking-link name, or a campaign.
- Detail contains extra context when available. Tracking promotions can have more detail than ordinary app discovery.
App origins use friendly names such as Search, Home, Map, Event list, Feed, Similar events, or Recommendations. An unknown origin is not proof that the order failed.
Unattributed orders
An Unattributed order has no recognized tracked source available. It is still an order. Lack of source data does not prove there was no marketing influence, and new links cannot retroactively recover information that was never recorded.
If a genuinely plain checkout appears under an unexpected earlier campaign, compare the actual entry link and order time, then contact support with a private order reference. Historical orders are not automatically rewritten when tracking behavior changes.
Counts and scope
Orders count transactions. Admissions count admission ticket quantities. Net sales reflects saved organizer revenue for confirmed paid orders, not a bank payout.
The Path exploration purchase stage is a separate app-origin admission-order comparison. It does not include every web/custom-link order represented in Sales analytics.
Nooba versus Meta
Nooba source reporting and Meta advertising conversion reporting use different data and attribution rules. Consent and signal availability can affect what is measured. A mismatch does not by itself mean a purchase failed or prove that a particular campaign caused it.
