Find the event or ticket link
Use the blue Share button on the selected event. After publishing with Nooba Ticketing, a prompt also offers to copy the ticket link.
Check the destination: the event page explains the event, while the ticket page takes people toward checkout. A plain link is intended for direct sharing. Use a tracking link when you want a named promotion to appear separately in sales reporting.
Create a simple tracking link
- Open Promote → Tracking links for your Nooba Ticketing event.
- Enter a useful Link name, such as “Partner newsletter — launch”.
- Select Create tracking link and wait for the saved link.
- Use Copy link and share that complete URL in the intended promotion.
- Later, open Sales analytics, select the right period, and inspect Tracking links or All.
The simple form supplies the tracking configuration. You do not need to fill in UTM fields for a basic named link. A click is not a confirmed sale, and not every buyer's source will necessarily be available.

Required advanced fields are marked in the form. Use consistent naming and avoid personal or sensitive information in URLs.
Understand the results
Tracking describes recorded source context on orders, not every prior touchpoint. Creating a new link does not reconstruct missing source information for earlier purchases.
Existing links offer editing, copying, enable/disable, and deletion controls. Do not assume disabling a tracking link blocks visitors from reaching the destination page.
External ticketing
Use your external provider's tools for sales tracking links and purchase results. You can still share the Nooba event page for discovery, but Nooba's Buy tickets selections do not establish external purchases.
