Orders are not people or ticket quantities
An order is one checkout transaction. It can contain several admission tickets and products. Repeated orders remain separate, so an order count is not a count of unique buyers.
Open Orders & guests → Orders to find orders and inspect ticket information. Confirm the event and active filters before using Export CSV. This export is separate from analytics Export data.
Issue complimentary tickets
- Open Orders & guests → Guests.
- Enter Guest name and Guest email.
- Select existing tickets and quantities, or add a custom guest item.
- Check the recipient, item types, and quantities.
- Select Issue and email tickets, then wait for the result and check the guest order.
Choose the right guest item
| Guest item | Inventory effect |
|---|---|
| Existing admission ticket | Uses available admission inventory and is issued at a guest price of zero. |
| Existing product | Uses that product's inventory; it is not admission. |
| Custom guest pass | Is additional to configured admission capacity; it does not reduce that capacity. |
Choose existing admission tickets when the guest list should consume your event's configured admission inventory. Custom guest passes require separate attention to your intended venue capacity.
Guest items issued can include inventory tickets, custom passes, and products. It is broader than the Guest admissions measure.
If the guest cannot find the email
Check the address, issuance result, and relevant inbox folders. Confirm the order before issuing more tickets. Share order references only through the appropriate private support channel, and keep QR tokens and scanner codes out of public screenshots.
